At Amore Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer limited exchanges or store credits under the conditions outlined below.


1. Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Since all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’d be happy to offer:

  • An exchange
    OR

  • A store credit (valid for your next purchase)

Conditions for exchange/store credit:

  • Must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with the original receipt

  • Exchange/store credit is subject to inspection and approval by our team

  • Earrings are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons

  • Items purchased during Sale/Discount events are final and not eligible for return or exchange

Please note:
Return shipping charges (to and from) are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue, we will gladly offer a free replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Inform us within 3 days of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the damaged item

  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging

Once we verify the issue, a replacement will be processed at no additional cost.


3. Post-Purchase Breakage or Repairs

Our designs are delicate and minimalistic, which gives them their elegant look. As such, they require gentle handling and care.

If your jewellery breaks due to regular wear or mishandling, we offer a paid repair service.

Repair Details:

  • Repairs start from ₹300, depending on the extent of the damage

  • Discontinued or older designs (older than 6 months) may not be repairable

  • For online purchases, email us with:

    • Photos of the issue

    • Order receipt

    • Description of the damage

Our team will review the request and guide you on the repair process, cost, and estimated timeline.
