1. Order Processing Time

All our jewellery is custom-made and requires time to craft.

Processing Time: 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Timelines
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Time:

Metro Cities (India): 2–4 business days after dispatch

Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Remote Locations: May take slightly longer depending on service availability
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD fee may apply and will be reflected during checkout.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services globally soon. Stay tuned!
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track the status of your shipment via the courier’s website.

6. Delays or Undelivered Orders
In the rare case of a delayed or undelivered order:

Kindly allow additional time in case of courier or weather-related delays.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us with your Order ID and we’ll investigate immediately.
7. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered accurately at checkout.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in address/contact information provided by the customer.

In case of re-shipping due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Packaging
Each piece of Amore Jewellery is securely packed in our signature packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately before opening.
